Hello, I’m Thais Compoint.

I’m the CEO and Founder of Déclic International, an organisation specialized in inclusion & diversity training, speaking and consulting solutions. I’m based in the UK and I operate globally through myself and my network of fellow consultants.

 

My mission – To empower you (companies and individuals) to be more successful by building more inclusive and diverse teams.

 

My passion – To make you experience the benefits of inclusion and diversity: more engaged, productive and innovative teams, better products & services, and ultimately better financial results. All this while building a better world.

 

My assets – I bring you thought leadership, operational experience and international insights that come from my experience leading successfully the global inclusion and diversity strategies of three fortune 500 companies in a row: Vinci, Coca-Cola Enterprises and Cisco.
