We launched a 10-month Inclusive Leadership Booster Programme for the extended leadership team, featuring monthly interactive sessions in small teams with actionable tasks between sessions. Within a year, inclusion scores rose above the industry average, with the strongest improvements in teams led by programme participants.
From All-Male Leadership to Groundbreaking Female Appointments
A global biotech division had 20 country managers—all male. We created a year-long Catalyst program pairing male leaders with high-potential female talent across 20 countries. The program combined five interactive group sessions on gender bias and allyship with one-to-one sponsorship meetings. We designed Inclusion Scans, a two-year program combining HR metrics and engagement surveys with qualitative insights from focus groups.
