Thais Compoint will be facilitating the workshop “Turning conflicts into opportunities” at the next jump Forum in Brussels on March the 8th 2018.

Here’s the workshop description  :

Do you feel uncomfortable dealing with conflicts? Do you always avoid them? Would you like to be able to resolve conflicts more easily? Do you feel stuck in a conflict right now?

Most of us see conflicts as an intrinsically negative part of our work lives (and of our lives in general). However, conflicts can be positive, and they can even be a great sign that you’re surrounding yourself with people who think differently than you and who can bring you different perspectives.
