Two simple and effective tips that inclusive leaders practice to create a more family-friendly culture and promote work life integration :
- Avoid organizing meetings on the first day of school
- Allow for flexibility in the working hours
Parents of small children going to school for the first time, or children changing schools, will be particularly happy!
Common sense it’s not always common practice, I’ve seen this not happening many times…
